The Slinger Girls Basketball team (13-5) battled against conference foe the Watertown Goslings (15-3) in a thrilling Thursday night home game. Watertown started off extremely physical at the beginning of the game earning a slight lead over Slinger, but towards the end of the first half Slinger matched their physicality, took the lead at half and never looked back, pulling off an important conference win.
