On Thursday, our volleyball team played against Hartford, one of our primary rivals here in Slinger. It was a tough match, with varsity losing two games, winning their third, and losing the fourth. JV and JV2 both won all three of their respective games, however, Miss Wille, one of the coaches, said that the girls are playing better together and communicating more effectively now that they're halfway through the season. The seniors this year are doing a great job of being examples for the younger players, showing leadership on and off the court, and being beacons of positivity and encouragement. When asked if the girls ever spoke Spanish on the courts, she replied that they sometimes shout 'Un punto más!'
